I can’t really draw to save my life, but vector-based drawing programs like Inkscape let me pretend because I can edit my drawings afterwards. ;) I’m also a big fan of the Cintiq 12WX I bought using part of my crazy idea opportunity fund. The screen + tablet makes editing easy for people like me who aren’t particularly good at hand-eye coordination. <laugh>
