Lessons learned

- Argentina Beef Loaf tastes more like vienna sausages than like

SPAM. Eww. Doesn’t get nice and crisp, either. Vienna sausages are
nice, but the beef loaf was just… strange.

- Haven’t quite figured out how to freeze vegetables well. Must find

sustainable way to eat green vegetables.

- Three-cheese lasagna ingredients seem frightfully expensive. Must

check if I actually use up all the cheese in one or two
servings. (Probably not.)

Today: Unremarkable rice, beef loaf, egg.

Tomorrow: Make up for today by treating myself to a nice three-cheese
lasagna using the mini-sheets Mom got.
