3. Hey, Orkut does multiple paths now: 23:05

Finally. Now we can see more interesting connections. And they're pretty deep, too. Of course, I'm connected to almost everyone through Russ Nelson - Joi Ito, but oh well....

2. Isolated weaves: 18:57

I think I can do isolated forward weaves. All I have to do is slow down and exaggerate my movements. Must learn how to isolate at higher speeds...

The meeting room is an excellent place to practice, and I don't have to change into gym shoes.

1. I did it again!: 15:13

We had a ~50 item IT test today, and I astounded everyone by finishing it way, way, way earlier than they did. When I handed in my paper, the people around me were on their tenth or so question. ^_^ Yeah, yeah, I'm a show-off. I don't know; I just find it kinda fun.

I guessed on a number of questions, though, so I only got 85%. Things about magneto-optical drives, CSMA/CD, stuff like that... The details I never really bothered with. <giggle>

Hmm. I seem to be reverting to my old pattern of leaving a test early. I guess part of it is wondering how other people would react. Most of it, though, is trusting that my first recall is usually good. I do a quick review, but I don't sit there and agonize over whether my answer is correct or not. I'm okay with making mistakes, particularly as this is the pre-training diagnostic exam. I'll try to get perfect on the post-training one, though.
