prime-el and skk don't work with Emacspeak. quail's the only thing
that seems to work, but the completion is dodgy. I should expand the
dictionary, I guess.
4. Make planner-reverse-chronological-notes a function.

It makes more sense to have this chronological on day pages and
reverse-chronological on plan pages because people check plan pages
infrequently. I think. In any case, it's always nice to make something
customizable. ;)
