Ack. I don't think I'll stick around for pub night. I'm _starving_, and I have really low energy right now - feeling rather sick...
I don't even think I'll get much studying done tonight. I'll sleep early and wake up tomorrow.
I wouldn't have minded a quick, one-hour meeting, but this meeting's twice as long as advertised. I understand that they're really working through important issues, but I think I'd rather stay on the list and help out whenever they need someone to help crimp or something like that...
Waah. And it would be impolite for me to pick up my computer and head out _now..._
Here's incongruity for you: jasmine rice and SPAM. Yes, rice is rice, but jasmine rice is soft and fluffy and sticky and wonderful, and SPAM is SPAM. But SPAM is one of my comfort foods, and today I just didn't have the energy to cook anything fancier. Ah, SPAM. SPAM reminds me of breakfast at home - fried rice, fried eggs and SPAM, SPAM, SPAM...

Did lots of fun things at IBM. Being there more than once a week definitely changes the dynamic. Blogging becomes more of a conversation. Things stay fresh. And I don't fall off the front page that quickly... =)

Enterprise social bookmarking. That's what I'm into. Plenty of interesting questions and opportunities. It's not going to be my main thing forever, but I've got an intuition that there's still so much benefit to find in that space.
Also, technology evangelism. I can very much see myself doing tech evangelism for the next ten, twenty years. For that one, I need to be close to the people I train--but the world is changing, and it's not just North America any more. I wouldn't mind being based in Asia, for example... ;)
I like that more than serial startups. =) As for startups: I don't mind just convincing someone else to teach people how to get started. I don't have to teach it myself. I just have to connect people who want to learn with people who can and want to teach...
