1. 10,425: 15:05
That's the number of words in my thesis so far. 10,425, or roughly 34 double-spaced pages. No appendices or figures yet. I ruthlessly trimmed my Results and Analysis section to get rid of most of the quotes. They're version-controlled, so I can put them back if I need to.
I need to do more work on my methodology and the review of related literature. But there - for the first time, my thesis is starting to look like a proper first draft...
