post on Craigslist or signs at location of lost card and ask them to identify a few pics. :)

I imagine most ppl would find it creepy to have someone locate them via their pics
If the pics have metadata that would help identify owners I'd try to contact, otherwise I'd erase.
there's a website that collects these and posts the pics and people help identify and claim them. Don't remember url :(
see if it has Geo information in the images it may let you know relatively where they may live
or examine the photos to see if you can spot a local hotel or restaurant who might recognise them.
post it to craigslist, saying where you found it. or if on the ttc, bring it to their lost and found.
I used to always take a photo of my business card as the first photo. But I've gotten lazy. Other than that, not much
reverse image search in case they mirror them in online albums, but don't forget to Photoshop in some ghosts before returning it
Many pics have location data embedded in them - possibly showing the location of their hotel?
