		<description>This was one of those things that I learned long after I had been using Excel.  It really helps when you want to put stuff together.

Another helper I learned is that if you put a single quote before dashes, then you can have a pseudo-bulleted list.  Otherwise Excel things the - is a function.  Excel hides the single quote too.
