To get the initial commit:
darcs get -m "Initial commit" http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/darcs/dev/planner/

To get succeeding patches:
darcs pull http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/darcs/dev/planner/

And then afterwards:
darcs pull

If you want to be picky
darcs pull --interactive
