Sourdough crackers with parmesan cheese  discard
From Food Over Comfort, halved:
- 63g all purpose flour
- 17g parmesan cheese, grated (optional: can use other cheese, or skip)
- 1 tbsp rosemary (optional)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 110g sourdough discard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Skipped the chilling.
350F, ~20 minutes, turned halfway
