Sourdough crackers with parmesan cheese   discard

From Food Over Comfort, halved:

  • 63g all purpose flour
  • 17g parmesan cheese, grated (optional: can use other cheese, or skip)
  • 1 tbsp rosemary (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 110g sourdough discard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Skipped the chilling.

350F, ~20 minutes, turned halfway
